Harry's Espresso Bar
Contemporary
It's easy to feel overdressed at Harry's if you're wearing, say, a shirt. Or shoes. Many of Harry's diners don't bother with either, walking straight from the surf in their swimmers for a Headless Chicken blend piccolo latte ($3.80) from those light-roast-loving Melburnians, Proud Mary or a loose-leaf Tea Craft tea. A motley collection of wall mirrors reflects buff young hipsters on bench seats painted with dreamy mantras such as 'serenity' and 'fly free'. When the sun is out, your best bet is a refreshing cold-drip coffee over ice ($5.50) and a Peachy Keen Bircher muesli.
