Tuna, mayonnaise and proscuitto

Serve this simple tapas dish along with a couple of other dishes

Ingredients
1 baguette
180g tinned tuna
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
½ lemon squeezed
6 slices good-quality prosciutto
Method
Cut baguette into six one-centimetre-thick slices. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice together in a bowl.
Spoon on to baguette and place a slice of prosciutto over tuna.
