Ingredients
1kg chicken wing pieces
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
Method
Preheat your oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Toss the chicken wing pieces in the flour, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper (if using). When evenly coated, place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp and browned on all sides.
