The owners taste-tested burgers in the US and New Zealand before opening this upbeat space, with dark tables and downlights, pumping music and a focus on healthy, gourmet burgers. Chips are tossed in sea salt and oregano, patties are thick and juicy and the fixings are top quality: 'the grande', for example, comes with sticky-sweet caramelised pineapple and house-made relish. There are mini burgers for the littlies and, best of all, Albanian doughnuts sticky with honey and pistachio.
