Annie was head barista at Canterbury's Maling Room for three years and Andreas is head roaster for Atomica. Their house blend is roasted in large batches off-site, while the single origins are roasted right here. You might be offered a deliciously fruity, juicy Kenya Tinganga pourover ($5) or the highly regarded San Julian single origin from Guatemala ($3.50), full of subtle sweetness.
