For 20 years Ginger Garlic has zinged with atmosphere, created by its enthusiastic owners, Ashok and Ritu. Each year they conduct culinary tours to India, often with local customers as their guests, and their restaurant has maintained a lively feel with its theatrical sizzler plates fizzing their way to tables.
