'La disfida' means 'the challenge' - and the challenge here might be timing your arrival to avoid the queue outside. Word has clearly spread about the light-as-a-feather wood-fired pizzas - but don't even dream of varying the toppings or asking for half-half (both sins are banned). Beyond the standards is a selection of more gourmet toppings: tartufa (mozzarella, prosciutto, wild mushrooms, truffle) is a standout. Entrees include floured and fried calamari and zucchini, piled onto brown paper, that's surprisingly light on veg content but will leave seafood lovers smiling.
