Charlotte Cafe
Contemporary
What a pretty spot - and a gorgeous view of the Harbour Bridge is for the taking if you nab a table at the very back. The cafe has a French-provincial aesthetic with its off-white palette and big timber share tables, the extensive food menu an all-day breakfast affair padded out with sandwiches and treats. A Campos Superior cappuccino ($3.50) is mild with a smooth, lilting, almost peppery thing going on. Kids and pets are made to feel welcome by the staff behind the counter - and if you go three times and the staff don't remember your name, the coffee's on them.
