Uncle Bart
Contemporary$$
This small bayside cafe has a big Greek heart, and owner Chris Arhondonis isn't afraid to wear it on his apron. Oregano plant centrepieces and blue-and-white tiles pay homage to both his family's heritage and the bayside location. Brunchers can chew on a Greek omelette or Flip Shelton's muesli with thick yoghurt as they digest the weekend auction results, while local pram-pushers get their coffees to go. The robust Dark Horse blend is smoothly extracted to give a full, toasty finish, and Greek coffee is also available. For a sweet treat, try one of the home-made loukoumades.
