TWO cars were stolen and multiple people, including two taxi drivers, were assaulted in a crime spree spanning Karama, Larrakeyah, Fannie Bay and more.
Serious Crime Squad and Strike Force Trident officers are investigating the series of incidents, which began in Karama on Tuesday when about 11.30pm a blue Ford Ranger was stolen from a home.
Just after midnight four people allegedly broke into a property in Larrakeyah, assaulted an occupant and stole property.

Soon after in Fannie Bay there was an aggravated unlawful entry at a home, where another resident was assaulted and a white MG hatch stolen.
A blue Ford Ranger was spotted leaving both scenes.
The alleged offenders then made their way to Lyons, stealing property and car keys from another residence about 12.30am.
Police say the MG was possibly involved in further incidents between 12.45am and 1.15am: in Jingili a taxi driver was assaulted; another taxi was accosted in Karama by the car blocking its way, and at a service station in Casuarina another taxi driver was assaulted and the taxi damaged.
Detective acting Senior Sergeant Wayne Newell said the investigation had progressed.
“The stolen Ford was recovered in Malak around 1am, and the stolen MG was recovered near 15-mile camp just after 2am,” he said.
“One offender is in custody assisting police with their inquiries, however there were more offenders involved.”
Further arrests are expected and charges will be laid pending the outcome of the investigation.
“We encourage any witnesses or people with information relating to these incidents to contact police on 131 444,” he said.
