Domenica Calarco and Jack Millar weigh in on Olivia Frazer losing her job after MAFS

After weeks of feuding with Olivia, MAFS bride Dom has responded to news of her nemesis losing her job as “a direct result of the show”.

MAFS couple Domenica Calarco and Jack Millar have subtly suggested newly-jobless Olivia Frazer had it coming.

The pair were asked to comment on the news that Olivia lost her job “as a direct result of the show” during an interview with Hit WA presenters Allan & Carly, carefully choosing their words as they weighed in.

MAFS villain Olivia revealed she lost her job on Tuesday.

Jumping in before Dom – whose straightforward communication approach made her a favourite on the show – could respond, Jack maintained that while Olivia doesn’t deserve to be trolled on social media, “some level of accountability” for distributing a nude photo of Dom without consent must be held.

Olivia had leaked the image after Dom smashed a glass during a heated discussion at the group retreat, an outburst she later apologised for to the group.

“At the end of the day, regardless of the actions that were taken, there’s got to be some level of accountability held and a sorry really hasn’t been given even to this day,” he said, adding: “In terms of the hate and things like that, no one deserves that.”

Jack and Dom spoke out about Olivia’s post-show troubles this morning.

Dom agreed that Olivia should be free to move on from the show without a social media pile-on, but in reference to her job loss, went on to say: “The bigger picture here is that the Australian public has seen what’s gone on and they’re not putting up with it.”

It comes after Olivia – despite being scolded by the MAFS experts – was largely supported by the other contestants after spreading the image from Dom’s inactive OnlyFans account in scenes that shocked viewers.

“At the end of the day, I think the large majority of the people in the experiment really had no backbone, or no balls if I can say that, to actually stand up and actually have an opinion,” Dom said today.

Viewers were shocked that no one — apart from Ella — stood up for Dom amid the photo scandal.

In light of confirmed reports Dom has lodged a complaint with NSW Police over the photo leak, the MAFS bride also explained why she sought legal advice.

“More than anything I think it’s just resonated with the wider community,” she said.

“This has happened to so many women, I have received hundred and hundreds of messages on Facebook from women that this has happened to.”

Concluding with a message to Olivia, she added: “She’s got a lot of self reflection to do and I truly hope that she can.”
