MAFS teaser suggests Olivia and Jackson ‘end relationship’

Olivia and Jackson look set to “break up” by the end of the MAFS finale, after being forced to re-watch footage from the experiment.

Married At First Sight’s unbreakable couple Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie may not survive after all, judging by an explosive teaser for the finale.

A sneak peek for Monday night’s final episode - which sees all the contestants return to discuss the events of the experiment - suggests Olivia, 28, and Jackson, 30, fall apart after being forced to re-watch footage from the show.

“This is like, my nightmare coming true,” Olivia says after MAFS expert John Aiken begins rolling the tapes.

We then see the group watching old footage of Olivia telling her inflated story about the glass-smashing incident at the couple’s retreat in early March, in which she said Domenica Calarco “waved a broken glass in my face”.

Then, the contestants see the actual footage - and the versions don’t align. “I’m sorry, that is bullsh*t!” groom Mitch Eynaud says in response.

We then hear Domenica screaming, “Oh my god, re-watch the footage!”

There is no doubt the group will also see videos of Olivia’s piece-to-camera interviews, which were often far more brutal than her behaviour in front of everyone.

A panicked Olivia is then seen sitting on the couch in front of the experts, alongside an exhausted-looking Jackson, who tells Olivia to “share the big news.”

We don’t get to see what the “big news” is, but the camera flashes to MAFS expert Mel Schilling who asks the pair, “Who ended the relationship?”

The spicy teaser then ends with a shocked Samantha Moitzi saying to Al Perkins, “They’re breaking up.”

Olivia, who was recently fired from her job as a “direct result of the show”, has openly talked about how she and Jackson are still together.

The pair have conducted multiple radio interviews with each other, in which they’ve claimed Olivia got a “bad edit.”

It’s unclear what exactly happens during the reunion – whether or not they break up briefly and rekindle their relationship afterwards – we’ll have to wait and see.
