More than 300 people will suit up for the 2024 Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) Awards Night this week.

Doors will open at 6.30pm with formalities to kick off at 7pm at the San Remo Ballroom in Carlton North on Wednesday.

All award winners from this year’s VAFA season will be presented as well as the winners of the Woodrow Medal for the 2024 William Buck Premier Men’s Best and Fairest, and the Shona MacInnes Medal for the William Buck Premier Women’s season.

The event comes after the VAFA had their grand final matches in September — and crowds went wild after Old Scotch won their Premiership for the first time since 1978.

There will be a picture gallery taken by the team at the Herald Sun who will be attending to capture all the glitz and glamour.
