More than 200 enthusiastic students from Federation University’s Churchill Campus glammed it up for their graduations this week.
The ceremony kicked off at the auditorium from 11am Tuesday, where the cohort took centre stage to receive the degrees they have worked hard for.
Families of students also made an appearance to support their loved ones of their special and memorable day.
Each student is ready to embark on their next chapter and shift into the exciting working world with the skills they have obtained.
Nursing graduate Melissa Glasgow, who was diagnosed with breast cancer just after applying for her course, said she was determined to realise her dream, studying full time while undergoing 18 months of treatment.

“There were times where it was a real struggle — Fed have been great through the whole thing, they have been very supportive — but there were times where it was really hard to get those assessments done and to get to labs with no hair,” Ms Glasgow said.
“I’ve met some amazing teachers here that have just gone above and beyond to help me out.
“I was sitting in chemo and feeling horrible and seeing my chemo nurses and they work they do and the support they give, I just thought, I want to do that for someone.”
Ms Glasgow said she was looking forward to completing her graduate year with Bass Coast Health.
The Herald Sun roamed around the campus to take photos of the graduates who striked a pose for the camera.
