VIRAL VIDEO RANTER JAILED FOR SEX BREACH
Not content with being a revolting racist, Hayden Stewart is also a convicted sex offender.
Stewart became infamous for his role in a disgraceful tirade against an innocent French woman who had been singing on a Mordialloc to Highett bus in 2012.
With a mate, Stewart berated her, demanding she speak English or die, calling her a c*** and saying they would cut her up in language described by a magistrate as among the worst she had heard in her time on the bench.
The incident was captured on mobile phone and uploaded onto YouTube, notching nearly five million views and garnering worldwide condemnation.
He was given 63 days in prison, time he had already served on remand, and ordered to do a CCO.
But the Frankston North 32-year-old has continued with his criminal ways.
In 2019 he failed to report he had a Facebook page — a serious contravention of the Sex Offender’s Register.
It was not revealed in court what the sex crime he had committed which led to him being registered on the list a decade ago.
He has spent stints inside for guns and drug possessions and court order breaches.
He was jailed again, this time for two months.
WANNABE GANGSTA ‘LOVES’ RACISM
This proud boy holds his ignorant, vile views of others close to his heart — literally.
Sporting a swastika tattoo on his chest, Frederick Cox is a blue-blooded redneck from Frankston.
The 47-year-old has a serious criminal history involving multiple assaults, thefts, drugs, dealing and gun charges.
His worst crime happened in 2017 when he and a mate went into a 7-Eleven to get doughnuts.
The wannabe gangster threatened to kill an African man Hollywood-style.
He shouted “this is my country, get in your car and f*** off”, lifted his shirt to show he had a silver handgun tucked in his belt and screamed he would “blow his head off”.
The incident was caught on CCTV and it was the swastika tattoo on his chest that later incriminated him.
In 2019 he was given 16 months behind bars.
HONESTLY, I SAID “IDIOT”
A cowardly racist road rager attacked another driver purely because of the colour of his skin and then ran away when members of the public tried to confront him.
Tavis James Pringle was nearly in a bingle when his Mitsubishi ute was cut off by a Toyota Corolla in Bennet St, Dandenong in May last year.
The other driver had changed lanes without indicating and when they both stopped for traffic Pringle angrily jumped out of his car.
He went up to the other driver’s side window and gestured at him to get out.
He grabbed the door handles and tried to get inside the vehicle while yelling “you don’t know how to drive, you Indian c**t”.
He then banged on the glass so hard it shattered, causing shards to hit the man’s head and leave him with cuts all over his face.
As other drivers stopped to see the commotion the 41 year-old Chelsea landscaper — who was unlicensed at the time — then ran back to his car and drove away.
He reckons he must have been “misheard”, instead saying the other motorist was an “idiot” and denied any racial overtones.
The magistrate said Pringle’s “quite clear level of anger on this occasion was extreme” and totally unacceptable.
He was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and driver programs, and lost his licence for three months.
RACIST RESISTER ASSAULTED COP
An angry woman who lashed out at arresting police cops, labelling one officer a “black b******”, escaped jail with just a bond.
Janelle Tania Smith abused the cop and bruised his finger after being asked to be searched for drugs in 2019.
The Hampton East 48-year-old refused and pushed the officer away and had to be taken to the ground and handcuffed.
Smith’s defence lawyer said his client had mental health concerns for which she was getting support.
He said the injury to the officer, who had “had previous dealings” with Smith, was slight and minor.
The magistrate said her behaviour was offensive but there were significant issues involved, which were now being treated, and she had accepted responsibility.
Smith was convicted and given a 12-month good behaviour bond with the condition she continued to receive counselling.
RACISM CARD TRUMPED
A thug tried to turn the tables on his victim after he violently bashed an innocent man walking down the street — but a magistrate was having none of it.
Ashraf Shukri ‘played the racist card’ to attempt to get off a jail term after he smashed a commuter in the face with a bottle as he walked home from work.
The 29-year-old Collingwood storeman assaulted a 60-year-old man after slightly bumping into him on a Murrumbeena street in February 2019.
Instead of apologising Shukri hit him in the face with a glass bottle, causing a serious cut above his eye.
He reckoned he reacted because the victim had been “racist” and called him derogatory names, but there was no evidence the victim had said anything at all.
Shukri had a terrible rap sheet involving several priors of assault, including a similar attack on another train passenger two years before.
The magistrate said “this can’t be tolerated in a civil society; this was a violent, unnecessary act”.
Shukri was jailed for one month.
