It’s the golden creation that will well and truly win a Nutella lover’s heart — and possibly put them in a food coma.
Cult Croydon doughnut shop Goldelucks Doughnuts has created a giant Belgian chocolate heart, spray-painted with edible gold and filled with 1kg of Nutella.

The epic treat, which costs $59, is one of 25 new items available exclusively through its new Melbourne-wide online delivery service.
Goldelucks has a habit for wacky golden menu items — last year it released the 24k gold dossant — a doughnut and croissant hybrid — covered in chocolate and edible gold.
Owner Phillip Kuoch said he first saw the hearty creation offered at a New York bakery and wanted to replicate it locally.
He said it took only an hour to make in store and was designed for sharing.
“We love over the top ideas, and it’s a really cool gift to give someone to show them you like them, it’s really fun and lighthearted,” Mr Kuoch said.
“It’s a lot to get through and definitely something to share.”
The Croydon bakery is starting to make serious waves after opening its second store at Eastland shopping centre this year.
Mr Kuoch said along with the new delivery service, Goldelucks had opened an office in Collingwood and was looking for franchisees for a third Melbourne store.
