THE THIRD stage of The Glen’s $460 million redevelopment will be unveiled this Thursday. International fashion brands H&M and Uniqlo are among 80 new shops launching at the Glen Waverley complex on October 25.
While much of the centre has been off-limits to shoppers for months, on Thursday hoarding will be pulled down for the third stage of its $460 million dollar redevelopment.
Monash Leader took a walk-through of the new fashion and lifestyle precinct, still busy with construction activity, days ahead of the public unveiling.

Vicinity Centres development manager Barnaby Giudice said Thursday’s opening would be exciting for both adults and children.
A pop-up Gin Gallery will feature Four Pillars Rare Dry and Negroni Spiced gin from Thursday to Sunday, and there will be free children’s activities.
New shops in the revamped fashion precinct will include Glassons, Bonds, Lorna Jane, Melrose Avenue, The Beauty & Brow Parlour, Sunglass Hut and Colette.
Homewares shops are also in the mix, including Matchbox, Adairs and Hello Kitchen, he said.
Mr Giudice said as well as new retailers 37 shopfronts would return to the centre, including old favourites like the popular Arena Café.
This will be the third stage of the development, with the food court and fresh food market hall unveiled early this year.
The following two stages of the multimillion-dollar redevelopment included a brand new two-level space for David Jones, more fashion and outside dining.
The $450 million Sky Garden development — 555 apartments across three towers — by Golden Age Group, will start rising above the shopping centre mid-2019.
