UNIQLO, H&M announce joint open date for The Glen

SHOPPERS don your runners — UNIQLO has revealed the opening date for their new megastore at The Glen Shopping Centre, where they will join fellow budget giant H&M.

SHOPPERS get your comfy shoes on, UNIQLO has revealed the opening date for its new megastore in Glen Waverley.

The opening will coincide with the reveal of another massive shop at the retail precinct.

Doors to the Japanese retailer’s much-anticipated store at The Glen Shopping Centre will officially open on Thursday October 25 — the same day as the centre’s H&M store is set to open.

The two international brands will move in alongside other international and Australian brands as part of the shopping centre’s $460 million redevelopment.

UNIQLO The Glen will offer the full line-up of the brand’s LifeWear clothing for men, women, kids and even babies.

It will be Victoria’s sixth UNIQLO store, and the 16th one in Australia.

UNIQLO Australia Chief Operating Officer Kenji Tsuji said the company was opening the store to make its clothing more available to those in the east.
