REAL Housewives of Melbourne alumni Pettifleur Berenger and her former de facto partner, Frank Palazzo, have been locked in a legal tussle over the sale of a multimillion-dollar CBD apartment.
Ms Berenger, who appeared on two seasons of the Foxtel reality program, slapped a caveat on the luxury property located within the five-star Westin Hotel development in April after Mr Palazzo entered into a contract of sale with the hotel group earlier that month.
The sale price was $7.2 million.

In documents filed in the Supreme Court and seen by the Sunday Herald Sun, Mr Palazzo purchased the apartment located in the Westin Hotel on Collins Street in 2011 for $4.9 million.
Ms Berenger moved into the property when the pair became a couple and continued to live there with her two sons when the relationship ended.
Mr Palazzo took action asking for the court to remove the caveat as it jeopardised the sale of the property.
In an affidavit he claimed he has been solely responsible for meeting all costs at the property including mortgage repayments, rates, and utilities since purchase.
Mr Palazzo stated in the document that should the caveat be lifted he would deposit the net proceeds of the sale into an interest bearing account for both parties.
But before the tiff turned into a courtroom showdown the pair came to an agreement, with the
caveat lifted last Thursday.
When contacted on Friday Ms Berenger, who also appeared in the reality flop, Hells Kitchen Australia, said: “I have no idea what you are talking about and I don’t want to comment.”
