Social media star Sam Guggenheimer has revealed she sends her ex-boyfriends ‘exit surveys’ when they break up, but not everyone has been a fan of the dating review system.

Former WAG Sam Guggenheimer has revealed she sends her ex-boyfriends ‘exit surveys’ when they break up asking them to rate their favourite and least favourite things about her.

Guggenheimer, a Melbourne TikTok identity who dated Western Bulldogs player Caleb Poulter for two and a half years before parting ways in January 2024, said she sent the surveys to her exes looking for feedback.

While Poulter “loved” the survey and happily filled it out, other guys she had dated had not been so keen on the dating review system.

“The guy I saw in Bali blocked me because I sent him an exit survey and it did not deliver well,” Guggenheimer told the Happy Hour podcast.

“He said it was really insensitive and really rude.

“But like, I sent my ex of three years one and he said, ‘This is f***ing sick’, and filled it out for me.”

Guggenheimer said some of the questions she included on her exit surveys were ‘rate your experience from 1 to 10’, ‘what was your favourite thing about me?’ and ‘what was your least favourite thing?’”

Other questions she sought feedback on were ‘did I listen to you?’ and ‘if I reached out for reconciliation would you say ‘Yes’?’.

“All the guys I ghosted, when I sent them the exit survey they did not fill it out,” she said, noting the lack of response from some of her exes.

Relationship exit surveys have grown as a TikTok and Reddit trend in recent years.
