PEOPLE DON’T CAPITALISE ON SUCH A POWERFUL TOOL
Gold Coast media sensation and ex-motocross rider Grant Bink is frank about his priorities on Instagram.
While he loves a good time, the social media platform is about work.
“Instagram is my number one source for work,” says the owner of freelance creative design company GB Designs.
“Having a semi-following definitely helped my business generate work and has continued to do so.
In Part II in the Bulletin’s countdown to the city’s top 100 influencers, Bink says the “idea of being an influencer is great as long as you have a purpose behind the marketing platform you are creating.
“I always knew building my Instagram would dramatically help whatever I chose to do.
“People dramatically underestimate the power of social media and don’t capitalise on such a powerful tool,” Bink says.
