A television actress and her partner have both been issued with an interim domestic violence order by police.

Television star Jodi Gordon and her partner have both been issued interim apprehended domestic violence orders by police.

An order was taken out against the 37-year-old former Neighbours and Home And Away actor on Sunday morning to protect her boyfriend, Sebastian Blackler.

Mr Blackler, 31 — who is a portfolio manager at a wealth management firm in Sydney — has also been slapped with an interim AVO, according to The Australian newspaper.

No charges have been laid.

Court documents obtained by the publication state Mr Blackler must not assault or threaten, stalk, harass or intimidate Ms Gordon.

The documents also stated that he must also not intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property or harm an animal she owns.

Ms Gordon is also required to follow the same conditions to protect Mr Blackler.

An extra condition applies to the actress stating that she is not permitted to be in his company for at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs.

On November 27, 2020, police were called out to Ms Gordon’s Double Bay apartment and investigated an allegation of domestic violence.

They subsequently took out an interim AVO to prevent Mr Blackler from assaulting or threatening, stalking, harassing or intimidating the actress.

That order expired at the end of 2021, and no charges were laid.

The pair had reportedly gone separate ways in May last year, but it is understood they then reconnected towards the end of February this year.

Ms Gordon was previously married to former NRL star Braith Anasta from 2005 to 2010 and has a daughter with him named Aleeia.

In 2009, her ex-partner Channel 7 CEO Ryan Stokes, who she had been dating for about two years, filed a missing-person report before she was found cowered in the bedroom of bikie Mark Judge.

It was reported that the pair had told police they were being hunted by outlaw bikies.

Police failed to find any attackers and the couple called it quits not long after.

Ms Gordon and Mr Blackler were contacted for comment and will both face Windsor Local Court on April 21.

Following her first split with Blackler in 2021, Gordon dated Sydney businessman Aidan Walsh, debuting the new romance on social media by referring to the luggage entrepreneur as her boyfriend.

The actresses relationship with Walsh ended in December 2021, just months after the social media debut.

In March 2020, the mother of one dropped the surname of her ex-husband, Braith Anasta by quietly changing her social media handles back to her maiden name.

It is believed the 35-year-old Neighbours star, who had always been adamant she would hold on to his surname, made the move after learning the former NRL star and Rachael Lee were engaged.
