Police have taken out a provisional apprehended violence order (AVO) on behalf of former Neighbours star Jodi Gordon, against her new boyfriend, Sebastian Blackler.
Officers were called to the actress’ Double Bay home after midnight on Friday following an incident involving Gordon, 35, and her British investment manager boyfriend, 30.
“About 12.30am on Friday 27 November 2020, officers were called to a unit on Wiston Gardens, Double Bay,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command have commenced an investigation into an alleged domestic-related incident involving a 35-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man.
“Following enquiries, officers suspended the investigation at the request of the victim. No further action is expected at this time.”
Blackler has not been charged but has been banned from approaching Gordon after drinking or taking illicit drugs as part of the standard conditions of the AVO.
The conditions also include that he must not assault, harass, stalk or intimidate Gordon, or damage any property in her possession.
The Daily Telegraph has contacted Gordon and Blackler for comment.
It comes one week after the ex-wife of former NRL star Braith Anasta debuted her new romance with Blackler on Instagram by sharing a loved-up photo with the caption, “When life gets wonderful.”
Gordon’s private life has been under scrutiny over the years, following a 2009 incident involving former Rebels associate Mark Judge.
The former Home and Away star was infamously found cowering with Judge in the bedroom of his Bellevue Hill apartment, after her then live-in boyfriend Ryan Stokes had reported her missing from Kings Cross days prior.
