El Camino Cantina, Miranda
Did somebody say tequila? The bold and bright Mexican restaurant El Camino Cantina is heading south at the end of August with a new restaurant in the Miranda Fair rooftop dining precinct. The 280-seat cantina will set your senses alight with neon lights and fluorescent signage, to complement a festive Tex-Mex menu of soft-shell tacos, burritos, fajitas and quesadillas. The Tex-Mex experience also plays out on the drinks menu, which includes signature margaritas, shaken or frozen, in four flavours – classic, strawberry, mango and tropical Red Bull. See you there, honestly.

Their garlic sauce is the stuff of legends – the kind of food you would travel across town for over and over again – but now one of Sydney’s most iconic chicken shops has set up shop in the heart of St George.
