The Ponds: Teen arrested over noise complaint stabbing of father
A Stanhope Gardens teenager has been arrested in relation to a stabbing in The Ponds on Saturday night which saw a father stabbed three times in the neck after making a noise complaint.

A Stanhope Gardens teenager has been arrested in relation to a stabbing at The Ponds on Saturday night which saw a father allegedly stabbed three times in the neck after making a noise complaint.
Emergency services were called to a park on Marsh St about 9.15pm where they found David Sidhom with stab wounds to his neck.
Police allege the man was injured after confronting a group who had gathered in the park about their loud behaviour.
Mr Sidhom, 29, was taken to Westmead Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. He has since been released from hospital.
On Tuesday, police seized two vehicles from homes near the incident.
Those vehicles, along with a number of mobile phones, underwent forensic examination.
Following further inquiries, an 18-year-old Stanhope Gardens man was arrested after attending Riverstone Police Station on Wednesday night.
The Stanhope Gardens man was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and was refused bail to appear in Blacktown Local Court today.
Investigations are continuing.
This week, police insisted The Ponds park where the man was stabbed was not a troubled spot despite social media criticism.
