The developer behind the $35 million project, which also owns and operates the retail precinct at Rouse Hill, revealed plans for an 11-storey residential tower to include 141 units on the corner of Caddies Blvd and Rouse Hill Drive.
“The proposal involves the construction of a residential flat building on the site that will contain 141 apartments, within a built form comprising part 6, part 10 and part 11 storeys,” development plans said.
The development would also include 167 car spaces and a communal open roof space.
The application for the residential tower, which consists of 39 one-, 91 two- and 11 three-bedroom units, was submitted to the Hills Shire Council on August 2 and is currently under assessment.
