The 43-year-old mother of two claims that after being hospitalised following a minor stroke and 2cm aneurysm on her brain, she decided to spend some time at her mother’s home to recuperate and get some time out from her husband of 17 years.
“I did not walk out on my children and I did not walk out from my family home,” Lisa told Confidential yesterday.
“I was in hospital despite David accusing me of faking it.
“By the time I got home, he was untenable so I packed my stuff and went to recuperate at my mother’s home.
“I had planned to stay there for only two days when I received mail from David saying he was denying me access to my children.”
David Oldfield wouldn’t weigh into the drama and said: “Regardless of what Lisa may wish to say, it is inappropriate for me to make any comment.”
