Anthony Bell’s colourful crew of Sydney’s elite have been snapped frolicking on his multimillion-dollar superyacht on the exclusive Cote d’Azur coastline.
The celebrity accountant has attracted far more attention than intended with his European getaway, as Confidential reported last week he is on-board with new flame, Annika Martyn.
There was also some suggestion embattled former Aussie cricket captain Michael Clarke would make his way on to the boat with on-again, off-again girlfriend Jade Yarbrough.
When the attention become too much, the pair made alternate plans.
Veteran TV host Richard Wilkins and his podcaster girlfriend Nicola Dale, celebrity fixer Grant Vandenberg, Alan Jones niece Tonia Taylor and others though enjoyed the lavish hospitality off the coast of Antibes in the South of France.
Pictures show Wilkins gracefully perched on the back of the boat, his feet dangling in the sparkling Mediterranean water.
Bell’s sister, Karen, and her husband, Stuart, are onboard. It is the first time the siblings have been able to spend time away together since the sad passing of their mother.
Bell’s rumoured new girlfriend is the ex-wife of retired cricketer Damien Martyn.
She has shared many happy snaps of her European holiday to social media.
“I’m in the south of France, where every twisty road seems to lead to a vineyard, and the locals have a knack for turning croissants into works of art,” Martyn captioned one shot.
“Welcome to the land of baguettes, berets. So, whether I’m sipping wine, munching on a baguette, or trying to pronounce “anticonstitutionnellement” (yes, it’s a real French word), the south of France will forever hold a special place in my heart and my belly.”
From Instagram, Martyn is the founder of Goop Gang Weight Loss program, an international speaker, and specialist in branding strategies.
She was married to her cricketer ex for five years, having wed in 2006.
Martyn recently came out of a long-term relationship and has two children.
Bell, meanwhile, has two children with his ex-wife, former TV presenter Kelly Landry.
The pair separated a couple of years back, but remain close as they focus on co-parenting their two young daughters.
Initially, their messy split dominated headlines in 2017. They subsequently rekindled before splitting permanently.
“We recently decided we work better as friends (than as a married couple),” Landry said in 2021.
“We’ve been separated for a while now.”
