Tim Soong – Shooting Guard (2014)

– A bit of a late bloomer, Tim Soong developed his skills early on as part of the Gregory Terrace GPS Basketball program. A lengthy guard, who has the ability to get to the basket, shoot from the perimeter and also has a high basketball IQ, Soong was one of the standout players for the program early in the decade. He has since gone on to play a significant role for the Brisbane Capitals in the QBL, winning a championship last year and also having arguably the individual highlight of his career on the weekend, hitting a buzzer beater to save the Capitals from defeat in the QSL.
