Brisbane’s bayside is becoming one of the city’s hottest drawcards for developers after another development application was submitted for a new, multimillion-dollar unit complex last week.

The proposal, which was submitted to the Brisbane City Council by John Gaskell Planning Consultants on behalf of Allen Group Projects on December 3, is for a six-storey

tower on 22 Ronald St, Wynnum.

Featuring 16 apartments as well as 16 carpark spaces, the 809 sqm project includes four levels of two-bedroom apartments, a 218 sqm communal rooftop area for residents with a community room and barbecue area.
