These include large two and three bedroom units and a range of home size three bedroom apartments with dual living areas, along with pool villas and townhouses.

Plans for the developer were first lodged with Moreton Bay Regional Council a year ago.

Traders in Purple Chief Executive Officer, Brett Robinson, said construction would start mid-2021 – creating 300 construction jobs.

“It’s very rare to be able to offer brand new luxury apartments with their own marina berth in such a sought-after location,” he said.
“The Redcliffe Peninsula is one of the most idyllic spots in Australia, so these unique waterfront apartments in this beautiful area are very special.

The developer is also behind the controversial 45m tall unit complex at Woody Point – The Gayundah.

They also have plans to redevelop 1 Redcliffe Pde with two high rise residential towers, up to 30 storeys tall.
