All apartments are three bedrooms, with two bathrooms and secure car spaces, an outdoor entertaining area, and plenty of storage.

Traders in Purple have tried to future proof the building with each apartment receiving an electric car charger and Control 4 Home Automation System.

Apartments start at $926,000.

Traders in Purple sales manager Chris King said there had been a lot of interest so far.

“We’re very pleased with the sales response over the past six months for Bathers Beachside and now that potential buyers can come in and view a finished apartment and see first-hand the level of finishes and quality construction delivered at Bathers Beachside, we are confident that we will finalise a number of contracts in the coming weeks,” Mr King said.

The units are expected to be completed by April.
