The pizza menu offers unusual choices such as Chinese barbecued pork, and a standard pub menu - lasagne, schnitzels, parmigiana, steak - is balanced by lighter vegetarian dishes such as tomato, olive and haloumi crepes and pan-fried polenta patties. The seafood cocktail with tangy sauce and lively salad featured prawns, mussels and something described as scallops. The garlic tempura prawns were all tempura and no garlic, but all was forgiven with the chocolate creme brulee, which was absolutely, deliciously, meltingly unforgettable.
