You can use toasted muesli if you prefer the flavour or if it's in the pantry but it won't blend as smoothly as natural muesli.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, peeled
8 strawberries, tops removed and washed
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup natural muesli
2 cups rice milk or milk
2 cups ice
4 tbsp honey
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a bar blender. Serve immediately.
