Forget your Mexican cliches. El Publico is too cool for all that, with its bright party time feel, neon-laden decor and hip bar featuring a good range of tequila and mescal. Food-wise, kick off with a crunch from crisp-fried crickets or chicharron pork crackling. Then it's octopus a la plancha, lamb ribs with guava and chipotle and a sweetcorn sundae with coconut, cookies and popcorn.
