Lady Bower sprawls through three interconnected, haphazardly furnished rooms. The philosophy here is wholesome, house-made and full of flavour: perhaps a brunch of slow-cooked, fall-apart lamb on pillowy Turkish bread with fresh beetroot relish and carrot puree.
