Hot Honey might sound saucy but the offerings are as wholesome as they come. A mushroom toastie is lifted with bechamel and pinenuts; and lemon curd crepes are delicate teamed with chubby berries and velvety cream dollops. There's a bounty on display: a chicken quesadilla loaded with salad and sticky sweet-chilli jam; orange cardamom cake steaming straight from the oven; frangipane tart stained with fat raspberries. Beyond the visual feast there's a quaint cafe boasting cushioned banquettes, an open fire, and views out to the leafy street. Good coffee comes with a side of smiles.
