The space is uplifting, with lofty ceilings, discrete dining spaces including a greenhouse courtyard and a dedicated siphon, French press and pourover station. The staff are impassioned and dedicated, swiftly managing the busy takeaway trade and regular full houses. A single origin long black is delicate yet well rounded on the palate with a lingering floral aftertaste, perfect with that house-made banana bread with lashings of maple butter from the classy cafe menu.
