How long have you had an ice bath at home?
I installed it about three years ago, next to my 12-person sauna. I used to treat my pool like an ice bath by turning the heating off during winter. Then I found that during the summer months here in Melbourne, where it gets quite hot, I wasn’t enjoying the sauna as much.
