Washington | Donald Trump clashed with Jerome Powell during a visit to the Federal Reserve’s headquarters on Thursday (Friday AEST) in a rare public confrontation between a US president and central bank chief.
Trump, who made the move to visit the construction site of the refurbishment of the Fed’s headquarters in Washington, told reporters that the project was costing $US3.1 billion ($4.7 billion).
