The rollercoaster that is 2020 US elections continues to twist and turn. Even before the “October surprise” of President Donald Trump’s COVID-19 diagnosis, polls were not looking good for him.
Now Trump is sidelined from campaigning in-person, behind in the race for the US presidency while the clock ticks away. That doesn’t mean a Trump loss is a foregone conclusion … but it does mean time has come to assess how a potential Biden government would differ on policy from a second Trump administration.
