Milwaukee | Donald Trump has triumphantly seized the Republican presidential nomination after a tumultuous week in American politics amid increasing speculation that his increasingly isolated opponent. US President Joe Biden, will soon pull out of the race.
Mr Trump, who is aiming to be the first president in almost 130 years to lose office and regain it, told 20,000 Republicans on Thursday (Friday EAST) that following his assassination attempt on Sunday, he was now “more determined than ever” to win the White House in November.
