London | Two of Britain’s top cabinet ministers have quit, sending a shockwave through Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s embattled leadership that could spell the beginning of the end for his tenure in Downing Street.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak and Health Secretary Sajid Javid announced their resignations late on Tuesday (Wednesday AEST), saying they no longer had confidence in Mr Johnson or his policies.
