Singapore | Oximeters that measure oxygen levels in the blood are spreading from hospitals into homes in Singapore, part of the city-state’s strengthened defences against more contagious variants of COVID-19.

The free oximeter for every household was announced this week as restaurants and cafes came back to life. Restrictions are easing as mandatory testing and vaccinations ramp up.
