Westpac brings back time sheets for salaried staff up to $140k

Westpac will require salaried workers earning up to $140,000 a year to fill out time sheets for the first time to guard against underpayments from working excessive hours.

The major bank told staff this week it was introducing time cards for packaged staff – those paid $90,000 to $140,000 salaries that roll up all conditions – to record their “actual hours worked” and ensure they receive the “right entitlements”.
