Want to change corporate culture? Put workers on boards

Companies are on the nose with consumers and voters. Maybe the long-term perspective of workers might help.

Industrial Relations Minister Christian Porter has got it right. We desperately need to change our destructive conflict-based approach to industrial relations.

It is, frankly, a bit weird. Most advanced economies tend to focus on co-operation, where workers are viewed as contributors and core assets. But here in Australia the general assumption from management is they could solve this problem if only the union was flattened.
