Transgrid denies discriminating against female executive

Transgrid has been forced to defend itself in court against discrimination and breach of contract by a female executive who was beaten to a promotion by a man, who she claimed stared at her breasts.

Elli Baker claims she was later sacked by the company on the basis her team could not deliver its required outcomes, although she met her 2022 key performance indicators including “most” of her stretch targets.
