The NSW government allegedly engaged in the systematic underpayment of staff by forcing them to work excess overtime without breaks, better wages or weekend penalty rates.

A class action filed in the Federal Court last month accuses the state-run Sydney Trains of “serious contraventions” of Australian employment law.
