With the opening of her new events and catering business just weeks away, all Lucy Wilson needed to do was hook up the power.

The small business owner and her husband had quit their jobs and remortgaged their home to host weddings, birthdays, dinners and corporate events at her small family winery in the far south coast of NSW, known as Breakfast Creek Vineyard.
