The widespread use of non-disclosure agreements in workplace sexual harassment cases protects serial predators, silences victims and hides sensitive information from corporate boards which may remain ignorant of systemic cultural issues, says sex discrimination commissioner Kate Jenkins.

Ms Jenkins told the National Press Club on Wednesday that four in every 10 women report being harassed at work, alongside 26 per cent of men.
